An Advocate for Wyoming Sportsmen and Women
Wyoming is blessed with world-class hunting and fishing opportunities. Access to our remarkable outdoors isn't just a luxury—it's fundamental to our state's culture, economy, and history.
Throughout my life, I've proudly championed the interests of Wyoming's sportsmen and women. As your U.S. Senator, I'm committed to fighting for our outdoor recreation businesses, workers, wildlife, and the pristine open spaces that make Wyoming special.
Public Access to Public Lands
Our public lands represent one of America's greatest treasures, offering boundless opportunities for all citizens. Multiple use management stands as a balanced approach that honors the diverse ways Americans connect with these shared lands.
By implementing thoughtful multiple use policies, we can support sustainable timber harvesting, responsible energy development, and grazing operations that bolster local economies while preserving natural resources for future generations.
Multiple use management recognizes that conservation and responsible development can coexist when guided by sound science and local input. This approach ensures our public lands remain working lands that benefit communities, recreationists, wildlife, and industry alike. Through collaborative stewardship, we can maintain healthy ecosystems while honoring the diverse needs and values of all Americans who cherish these national treasures.
- Maintaining and improving public access to public lands for hunting, fishing, snowmobiling, hiking, biking, ATVing, and water sports.
